GROUP TRAINING

Groups of 6 to 30. All ages.

PRICING OPTIONS:

1) 4 Weeks - $480

2) 8 Weeks - $960

3) 3 Months - $1,440 (2x weekly minimum)

1:1 Training

All Ages. 1 Free Trial Session.

1) 8 Sessions - $600

2) 20 Sessions - $1,250

3) 32 Sessions - $2,000

Sports Specific

Groups of 6 to 20. Ages 12- 18.

Group training

Speed and agility group training for all ages • $120 per session​

  • ​Choose from 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 3 month long programs.

  • All sessions are 1 hour.

  • All programs include 2 sessions per week.

  • Programs are charged per session, not per participant.

This program involves a variety of exercises and drills designed to improve an athlete's quickness, footwork, coordination, and overall athleticism. These sessions are conducted in a group setting, but are often tailored to fit the needs of different individuals within the group.

 

The primary focus is to help athletes enhance their ability to accelerate, decelerate, change direction, and maintain speed in dynamic situations. 

1:1 Training

All ages • Minimum 8 session • $75 per session.​

  • ​Choose form 8, 20, or 32 sessions.

  • All sessions are 1 hour.

  • All programs include 2 sessions per week.

These one on one training sessions are highly personalized, and tailored to an individual's specific goals, fitness level, and needs with detailed, individualized instruction, form correction, and custom drills to help the athlete progress more effectively. For beginners and advanced.

SPORTS SPECIFIC

Sport-specific group training for ages 12 to 18 • $100 per participant.​

  • ​Choose from 8 or 16 week-long programs.

  • All sessions are 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes.

  • All programs include 2 sessions per week.

  • Programs are charged per participant.

Focuses on developing the speed, agility, and movement patterns that are most relevant to the demands of a particular sport.

 

Sports-specific training tailors drills, exercises, and techniques to replicate the specific movements, energy systems, and requirements of a given sport. This approach ensures that athletes improve the skills they need most in their sport while preventing overtraining or focusing on irrelevant qualities. Groups of minimum 6, maximum 20.

  • How do I register for a program?
    Register through our website or our social media @lokoboseko_ath
  • What should my child bring to each session (e.g., shoes, water bottle)?
    Child should always bring a water bottle, running shoes, cleats, extra clothes and warm gear in case the weather changes.
  • Where are the training sessions held?
    The training sessions are held at Townsend Park (Chilliwack), at any rented indoor gym when the weather is bad, Rotary Stadium (Abbotsford), and can be held in-home.
  • What is the typical group size for a session?
    Typical group size for a session varies between 10 to 30.
  • How long is each training session?
    Each session is 1hr to 1hr 15 min.
  • What skills will my child learn in the speed and agility program?
    We will focus on developing acceleration, deceleration in the speed phase. We will work on a change of direction that will involve quick starts, stops and lateral movements, while maintaining balance and control in the agility phase.
  • Are the training sessions co-ed or separated by gender?
    The training sessions will be a mix. Some sessions will be co-ed and other times will be specific and or separated.
  • How do I know if this program is right for my child?
    Parents will know if the program is right for their child based on interest, level of competition, progress of the child and overall commitment.
  • What sports do these programs focus on?
    These programs focus on Football, Basketball, Soccer, Softball and more.
  • Do you offer programs for beginners, or are they only for advanced athletes?
    Yes, we do offer programs for beginners and high performance athletes. Personal training programs, group training programs and sports specific programs.
  • What age groups do you train?
    Age groups are between 7-20 years old.
  • How soon can we expect to see results in my child’s athletic performance?
    We will be training at least 2x per week. Results are determined based on the child’s level of competition, progress of the child and overall commitment.
  • Do you track and share progress with athletes and parents?
    Yes we track and share progress with athletes and parents.
  • Can these programs help my child with college recruitment or scholarships?
    Yes, absolutely.
  • Are parents allowed to stay and watch the sessions?
    Yes, absolutely.
  • What’s your policy on dealing with inclement weather for outdoor sessions?
    We rent out gym space during bad weather. If the weather gets bad during sessions, we will end our session early and whatever time is left, we will add it to our next session.
  • What happens if my child misses a session?
    We require a 24 hour notice that the child will not attend the session. Otherwise the session will count and be charged.
  • Are there any additional fees for equipment or uniforms?
    No.
  • Can we observe a session before signing up?
    Yes, absolutely.
  • Can athletes join midway through a program?
    Yes, absolutely.
  • What qualifications do the coaches have?
    The coaches bring 10+ years of professional sports experience and a certification from the American Council of Exercise. All coaches are CPR & AED certified.
  • How do you ensure my child’s safety during training?
    We ensure your child’s safety by training in spaces that are secure, we observe each child’s mechanics, breathing, and heart rate. We make sure everyone is hydrated by providing as many water breaks as the child needs. We go through a thorough 20 min warm up to make sure the athlete’s metabolic system is ready for the session and before increasing the intensity. We have each child’s emergency contact on deck in case anything comes up. Each child has to sign a waiver form and complete a questionnaire, specifying any previous injuries, allergies, contact numbers, etc.
  • What happens in the case of an injury during a session?
    In case of any injury, we have a first aid kit on deck as well as the emergency contact information that was provided.
  • Is there insurance coverage for participants?
    Each participant should have their own insurance.
  • Do you offer payment plans or scholarships for families in need?
    Not at this time.
  • Are there discounts for siblings or referrals?
    Yes there are discounts for referrals. 20% discount on package 3, 1 on 1 training ($1,440).
  • Do you offer one-on-one coaching or only group sessions?
    Yes we offer one-on-one coaching.
  • Are there specific programs for off-season training?
    We offer 1 on 1 training, group training and sports specific training. Each training is unique and is specific based on the client's goals and purpose.
  • Do you offer private events, like team-building workshops or sports camps?
    Yes, we offer sports camps.
